1. Controller and contact
Ceora Technology Limited is the controller for personal data processed through this Platform. You can contact us at postmaster@avggames.com, or at Room A27, 24/F, Hoi Tak Fui, Tai Tsz Industrial Building, 706 Prince Edward Road East, San Po Kong, Hong Kong.
2. Information we may process
When you visit the Platform, our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information provided by your browser or device, such as IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, pages requested, referral information, timestamps and error or security logs. If you contact us, we process the contact details and message you choose to provide.
The Platform may offer account or notification interfaces in the future. If such services are activated, we will process the registration details, preferences and communications needed to provide them and will update this policy if the data practice materially changes. At present, this website does not provide a functioning checkout or account-registration service; submitting a visual-only interface does not create a purchase or account.
3. Use, cookies and sharing
We use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Platform; respond to you; and meet legal obligations or protect our rights, users and services. The current Platform uses browser local storage to remember your language preference and does not intentionally use advertising cookies. We may share information with hosting, security and technical providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information. Steam receives data directly from you when you follow a Steam link or use its services.
4. Retention, transfers and rights
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Providers may process information outside your country; where required, we will use appropriate safeguards. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant privacy regulator. Contact us to make a request.
5. Security, children and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. The Platform is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised.
