Steam purchases. Vivid Game does not complete game purchases or collect payment on this website. Where a game is available, the purchase link takes you to Steam, where the transaction is completed under Steam's terms and policies.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vivid Game website and its related pages (the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Ceora Technology Limited (“Vivid Game”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your place of residence. You may use the Platform only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or infringe the rights of Vivid Game or others.

3. Game availability and Steam purchases

Game pages, trailers, release information and links are informational and may change. A game may be unavailable in your region, on your device, or on Steam at any time. If you choose to purchase a game, you leave the Platform and complete the transaction through Steam. Steam—not this website—processes payment, displays the price and taxes, delivers the license, and handles transaction records and refunds. Your Steam account, purchase, game license and use of Steam are also subject to the applicable Steam terms and policies.

4. Intellectual property and third parties

The Platform and its text, artwork, trailers, logos, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Vivid Game and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to view the Platform for personal use, these Terms grant no right to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display or commercially use our materials without written permission. Links to Steam and other third-party services are provided for convenience; their terms, privacy practices, availability and content are their own responsibility.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Platform useful and available, but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current or available in every location. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vivid Game will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes, law and contact

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform and revise these Terms when required by law or when the Platform changes. The updated date above identifies the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to postmaster@avggames.com. This English version is the reference version of these Terms. A Chinese translation is provided for convenience; mandatory applicable law may provide otherwise.

1. 适用范围

本《用户协议》适用于您对 Vivid Game 网站及其关联页面（以下简称“平台”）的访问和使用。平台由 Ceora Technology Limited（以下简称“Vivid Game”“我们”）运营。访问平台即表示您同意本协议。

2. 使用资格与规范

您须在所在地具备订立本协议的法定资格。您仅可为合法、个人及非商业目的使用平台。您不得干扰平台运行、尝试未经授权的访问、植入恶意代码、批量抓取内容，或侵犯 Vivid Game 或他人的权利。

3. 游戏可用性与 Steam 购买

游戏页面、预告片、发售消息及链接仅供参考，可能随时变更。游戏可能因地区、设备或 Steam 上架状态而无法提供。如您选择购买游戏，您将离开本平台并在 Steam 完成交易。Steam 而非本网站负责处理付款、展示价格和税费、交付许可、保存交易记录及处理退款流程。您的 Steam 账户、购买、游戏许可及 Steam 的使用亦受适用的 Steam 条款和政策约束。

4. 知识产权与第三方

平台中的文字、美术、预告片、标志、软件及其他材料归 Vivid Game 所有或获授权使用，并受适用知识产权法律保护。除个人浏览平台的有限权利外，本协议不授予您复制、修改、发行、公开展示或商业使用相关材料的权利，除非获得我们的书面许可。Steam 及其他第三方服务链接仅为方便提供，其条款、隐私做法、可用性和内容由其自行负责。

5. 可用性与责任

我们会尽力保持平台实用且可访问，但不保证平台始终不中断、安全、无错误、信息最新，或在所有地区均可用。在法律允许的范围内，平台按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。对于因使用或无法使用平台而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失，Vivid Game 不承担责任。本协议不排除法律不得排除的权利。

6. 变更、适用法律与联系方式
